2. Describe your current work profile, profession and bio in brief?

Charmila Sanjeev hails from a small town in Andhra Pradesh. She is an ex-Software professional and an ex-Hr professional. She is a homemaker, mother of two kids, Motivational Speaker, Entrepreneur, writer, poet and an artist by passion. Charmila's love for literature, art and passion for writing made her pen down her amazing debut fictional book ‘The Darkness In Her Life’. She has also penned 3 more books out of which her favourite is ‘Dear Daddy-you are my reason to shine’ which talks about her love for her father. She has co-authored 42 books so far and has compiled four books.She is a Josh Talks Speaker and currently the founder of AR Publications (MSME Reg Publishing house)& Author .

3. Any inspiring/interesting incident in your life that inspired you?

Charmila Sanjeev, founder of AR Publications ( Registered under Government of India) and AR Designing Works. Though I had never dreamt of being either into writing and publishing or into Entrepreneurship. However, destiny had other plans for me. Writing is such a beautiful and strong weapon to add your thoughts to the world of people. This publication is an outcome of such thoughts that glitched me over a period. My dad's love for literature and writing had a strong impact on me since childhood. So to keep my dad's presence forever I started this publication named AR Publications. AR Designing Works is a Graphic Design Studio where we digitally blend emotions. I strongly believe that words are more powerful than weapons. So Bringing the budding and hidden writers to the world of reality and giving life to their writings is the sole aim of our publications. This is just a journey of a year of my business where I published 30+ books , now I'm on the way to explore more. I promise that I would encourage, share and bring more talented and upcoming authors, writers and literature enthusiasts to the world of people. I believe

4. Describe in brief about your struggles,life changing moments?

If I have to talk about my struggles I would toss them as my life-changing moments because each battle I had come across in my voyage of life transformed into a better me.I was an introvert from childhood and faced miscellaneous comments on my behavior and character. However, today I can proudly say that I'm a Public Speaker, entrepreneur, and Author. All these professions do require expressive thoughts and need to become an extrovert. After facing many hurdles and intervening stones that degraded my talents and potential, today I stood out of the crowd and proved myself as an Entrepreneur, Author, and motivational speaker. I know there are many more to overcome and much more to grow. I built and started my own publishing house which tries to give life to all the hidden and underrated writers' writings. I had a lot of struggles being a married woman and having two kids. still somewhere I feel low balancing both personal and professional paths. Nevertheless, I always stay positive and move forward doing my best. Today I feel super proud being on Josh Talks and featuring on various media news and YouTube channels through my talks and achievements. My pen is my pike that always puts a smile on my face and connects to my heart. 

No matter how much I suffer, I write my thoughts to buffer.
